How is the price for my project determined?
Pricing depends on the number of spaces, their size, and the level of decluttering needed. We provide a written quote after a brief consultation about your closets, kitchen, or office, so there are no surprises.
Do I need to buy storage bins or containers myself?
Not necessarily. We can recommend and source suitable storage products based on your budget, or work with items you already own to keep costs lower.
Is a deposit required to book a session?
Yes, a deposit secures your appointment date. The remaining balance is due once the organization session is completed to your satisfaction.
What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
We understand schedules change. Contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we will find a new date that works for both parties without penalty.
Can pricing change once the session starts?
Our quotes are based on the information you share beforehand. If the scope changes significantly during the session, we will discuss any adjustment with you before proceeding further.
